We recently bought a chic and very successful new bed from you. Not only does it look good, it is functional and above all comfortable. This is exactly how we imagined the bed to be. Unfortunately, the forwarding company hacked something, since we had gotten the bed here, but the bedside tables were missing. Meisterbetten solved the "small problem" very confidently and gave us a little attention to the circumstances. We would like to thank Simon and the team very much for the really great work.

We would like to thank Meisterbetten very much for their great service! After much deliberation, we placed an order without looking at the bed in person (we couldn't afford the 2-hour drive there and back due to time constraints). Thanks to very detailed and friendly telephone advice, we were able to configure the bed exactly as we imagined it The delivery was very punctual, the bed was set up quickly and cleanly. The quality is really excellent! Unfortunately, we had to realize that the foot part of the bed should be a little higher. After a short telephone consultation, the problem was solved very quickly, the company is very accommodating, we can recommend them 150%!!! Next year we will definitely order another bed.

I chose the bed online, then had a very nice telephone conversation and discussed the details, the bed arrived within a very short time and the shipping company announced itself the day before by email between 7 and 9 a.m. I thought ok, like everywhere else it would just be 10:30 a.m., but they were actually there at 6:45 a.m. and set up the bed. We are more than satisfied with the service, the advice, the quality and the construction. Very competent team and unbeatable price-performance ratio! Every request was catered for. The delivery was super quick and uncomplicated. Although the store is rather small and doesn't seem very inviting at first glance, it's worth the journey for direct advice and the selection of mattresses, bed types and fabrics! Really recommended!

Really outstanding. After much research, we decided on Meisterbetten. We had a 2 hour journey and didn't regret it. From previous telephone conversations to sales discussions, delivery and installation. Everything worked out 100%. The sales or consultation was very friendly and there was no pressure to buy. On the contrary, after we had configured our bed and were told the price, we were offered to think about it in peace. You really rarely experience that anymore. We chose the bed and don't regret it. After the bed was delivered we had a small problem but after speaking to an employee the problem was solved immediately. We are very satisfied with everything and will recommend Meisterbetten 100%.
